Cousins, Ashanti has revealed that she and the hubster Nelly have officially welcomed their bundle of joy!

The proud mama took to her Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon to share that it has been four weeks since she has given birth. “Four weeks postpartum. You have no idea what this body can do,” said Ashanti.

In a mini collage consisting of a full mirror selfie alongside a video showing off her postpartum bod, the 43 year old is all smiles wearing a baby blue floor length robe and disposable underwear.

“Four weeks postpartum. You have no idea what this body can do.”

“Funny how life’s plans aren’t…always on time.. lol. I’ve been waiting to be a mom for a long time now but nothing could prepare me for EVERYTHING motherhood brings,”reads her caption on Instagram. “This is what postpartum looks like. I’m so proud of my body for giving me my baby, baby, baby.”
