Kevin Hart Recalls Being Allegedly Pressured Into Taking ‘Molly‘ In 2017 Incident Where He Cheated On His Pregnant Wife!

Cousins, newly filed documents have been obtained regarding Kevin Hart ‘s settlement battle with his former friend Jonathan ‘JT’ Jackson!

According to PEOPLE, the two former friends’ legal troubles date back to 2017 as Jonathan has been accused of attempting to extort Kevin from a sex tape where he cheated on his then-pregnant wife Eniko Hart. Though the two had previously reached an agreed settlement in 2021, Jonathan has recently filed a new suit for $12 million as he accuses the comedian of breaking their written contract.

Within the newly filed thirty-page deposition, Kevin states that he was pressured into taking ecstasy the night before he cheated. Kevin stated that it was his friend who pressured him despite promising that he wouldn’t let him do anything. “I don’t really f— with drugs like that.”

Kevin said that his friend’s promise made him feel comfortable and that he said “f— it” and putting it in his drink, which was “watered down.”

“Because it’s in my drink, [I thought] I’m fine. I’m fine with drinking. The night is good. As the night goes, I’m now with the girl [Montia Sabbag] at the end of the night, okay?”

The 45-year-old recalled the night including more alcohol and him hanging out with Montia and another woman named Morgan. Kevin claims that he began to feel intoxicated and decided to bed. He says that he was fully clothed and alone.

Kevin also recalls Montia later joined him in the bed but she had a dress on.

“I’m knocked out. Nothing happened that night. I did not have sex with that girl that night. I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up,”said Kevin.

Kevin went on to address the allegedly hidden camera as he explains, “While we were having sex, out of nowhere, [Montia] was facing one way… She throws herself backward on the bed. And that was her attempt to get closer to the camera.”

“When she did that, I pulled her back. You never see me having sex in that area,” he continued.

“That’s when she got up, she then sat on the bench, which is in the clear camera view. She sat on the bench and started talking to me… She made sure that I did it in that area, so you could clearly see it was me in the room,” Kevin alleges.

PEOPLE reports that Jonathan was charged with attempting to extort Kevin by allegedly threatening to release a sexually explicit video of the him with someone who wasn’t wife in 2018. However the charges against him were dropped in September 2021.

Within the agreed upon contract, Kevin was to publicly state,  “..lost someone close to me that I loved and still have very much love for or high levels of love for and I’m proud to say that all charges against JT Jackson have been dropped and he is not guilty and had nothing to do with it and this matter at hand that once was so tough to deal with and so heavy for me and my household is now put to bed.”

However Kevin never issued the agreed upon statement.

“We are confident that the lawsuit will end with Mr. Jackson’s complete victory and vindication,” says Jonathan’s attorney.
