Chris Brown, Yella Beezy, Live Nation And More Named In $50 Million Dollar Lawsuit Following An Alleged Beat Down In Texas!

Cousins! Chris Brown and rapper Yella Beezy have been hit with a hefty fifty million dollar lawsuit following claims that they brutally attacked three men leading to hospitalization!

According to NBC News, a civil suit was filed on Monday morning in Houston, Texas regarding an alleged July 20th brawl following Chris’s 11:11 tour stop at Dickies Arena.

Plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis Charles Bush, and Damarcus Powell state that they were invited backstage amongst forty women to hang out. The suit details that Chris took over thirty minutes to arrive at the gathering and that they grew tired.

The men are said to have been making their exit but wanted to say hello to the singer. Charles says that he approached Chris and congratulated him on his performance to which he said thank you.

A moment later Charles claims that one of Chris’s ‘paid entourage’ members shouted  “Man you don’t remember you two were beefing?”

Charles claims that Chris then ordered a member of his entourage to attack him.

The suit accuses Chris, Yella Beezy’ Conway, UK rapper Sinko Ceej, and Omololu “Hood Boss” Akinlolu, of “throwing chairs the plaintiffs, repeatedly kicking, stomping, and beating them.”

“Sinko Ceej is accused of running to the left side of the crowd and punching Bush in the chest. At the same time, Akinlolu allegedly picked up a chair and threw it at Bush’s head. Brown then turned to Parker and told Conway and others to attack him,“ reads court documents obtained by NBC News.

The claimed victims have issued details that they were outnumbered and that in response Parker ran into a staircase in an attempt to escape through a locked door. 

Chris and his crew are accused of punching Parker in the face, and chest and kicking him in the head for over 10 minutes, leading to severe bodily injury.

Powell and Bush are said to have been punched in the shoulder and chest by the group of men. 

It has been indicated that Bush, Powell, Lewis, as well as Parker, have all endured severe injuries to their heads, necks, shoulders, and backs. Each of them is still receiving medical treatment. 

“The brutal, violent assault participated in and directed by Brown severely injured all Plaintiffs,” says the plaintiff’s legal team of Buzbee Law firm. “Chris Brown’s egregious conduct must be stopped.”

The issued suit also listed ‘Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. and Live Nation Marketing, Inc. as marketers of the concert where they were allegedly attacked. The plaintiffs want to hold Chris, his “paid entourage” and the promoters responsible for the night in question.
