Cousins! Kim Kardashian is leaving no stone or fish unturned in efforts to make sure her face card is always picture perfect!
In an aired episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Kim revealed to her mom Kris Jenner that she recently got a salmon sperm facial.
It has been indicated that the cost of a salmon sperm facial can range anywhere between $125 to $500 depending on the salon.
Although Kris found Kim’s confession hilarious, it didn’t shock folks online as the reality star previously stated that she personally believes there is no limit to beauty.
“I’ll try anything. If you told me that I literally had to eat poop every single day and I would look younger, I might. I just might,”Kim previously told The New York Times in 2022.
A salmon sperm facial includes injections or microneedling techniques in order to deliver the best results. According to PopSugar the technique may sound new but it has been around since the early 1980s.
Entertainment Tonight reports, that actress Jennifer Aniston made headlines in 2023 after revealing that she had tried out the beauty hack.
“When it comes to skin care, the quest for a holy grail ingredient will always continue,” New York City-based dermatologist Joshua Zeichner, MD, told the outlet.
“Salmon milt has been shown to improve skin, hydration, plumpness, texture, and wrinkles. The effects on the skin are thought to be due to high DNA levels. DNA is composed of amino acids, which have long been used in skin care for their hydrating and cell-renewing benefits.”
