Cousins! The closet door to Diddy‘s dark days is being cracked wide open following a newly released report detailing the rise and fall of the defamed music mogul!
Rolling Stone has gathered numerous statements and conducted various interviews with former associates and acquaintances of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, during their six-month investigation. After reaching out to well over 300 people including some of his closest friends and fellow artists, a total of 50 people have come forward.
It has been stated that the information gathered could lead to Diddy ultimately landing behind bars as the investigation has been connected to his series of open Federal criminal cases.
A source says that Diddy has a dark side and despite his public image he is a “menacing figure desperately seeking acceptance and admiration while demanding public displays of devotion from others…”
Amongst the list of interviewees were fellow classmates who attended college with Diddy who claimed that he had shown a violent streak dating back more than 20 years ago.
“Several sources told Rolling Stone that Combs showed flashes of violent and controlling behavior during his time at Howard University.”
“In one incident described by some of Combs’ college contemporaries, a “belligerent” Combs allegedly started screaming for his girlfriend to come outside Howard’s Harriet Tubman Quadrangle dorm,” reports Rolling Stone.
“The student source said that several female students in the dorm were aware that Combs, known then by his nickname “Puff,” was allegedly attacking his girlfriend outside the building and began raising the alarm in the dorm. “
“Puff is out here acting crazy. He’s beating her,” said one of Diddy’s former classmates to the outlet.
In connection the mentioned incident, a second student says that Diddy had pulled out a belt to whip his former girlfriend. Describing him as super angry, the witness says that he proceeded to whip her with a belt all over her body while screaming at the top of his lungs.
The former student says the young lady tried, “to defend herself a little bit. She was crying. And we were telling him, ‘Get off of her. We were screaming for her.”
Diddy’s previous girlfriend and former Howard student has declined to comment.
Rolling Stone confirms that they had forwarded notes regarding their report to Diddy discussing a list of questions pending allegations. However, Ben indicated that he chose not to answer any of them directly, in response his lawyer stated on his behalf.
“Mr. Combs cannot comment on settled litigation, will not comment on pending litigation, and cannot address every allegation picked up by the press from any source, no matter how unreliable,” said his lawyer, Jonathan Davis, in the piece.“We are aware that the proper authorities are conducting a thorough investigation and therefore have confidence any important issues will be addressed in the proper forum, where the rules distinguish facts from fiction.”
