Cousins! As former couple Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia continue to duke it out in court, further details surrounding their ongoing divorce battle have been pushed to the forefront!
According to circulating reports, Simon has requested that the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ television star provide details regarding her paychecks. The 59 year old has also demanded that Porsha cough up filming contracts, agreements, as well as correspondences with producers.
It has been indicated that Simon is currently demanding that filming RHOA in their home be prohibited.
In response, Porhsa has stated that her estranged husband has crossed the line by getting Bravo involved in their personal endeavors. The 42-year-old has expressed that the television network should not take part in their pending divorce.
Porsha believes that Simon has made such lengthy requests in hopes of prolonging the divorce process.
Her attorney has also called out Simon upon claims of attempting to, “overburden, annoy, harass, and oppress” the reality TV star. The lawyer adds that by involving Bravo, he is trying to “threaten her reputation, career, and ability to earn income.”
According to Essence, within their tumultuous legal proceedings, Porhsa has accused Simon of locking her out of their home back in March and ha also been requested an emergency hearing.
Simon has in return accused his soon-to-be ex-wife of bringing numerous armed men to their home.
The two tied the knot back in 2022 in a two-part wedding. A traditional Nigerian ceremony was held on November 25, 2022, followed by a traditional American ceremony on November 26.
“I’m ridiculously excited. I’m not nervous. I know I’m marrying the love of my life, and it will solidify our relationship and family bond. I’m calm and excited,” said Porsha previously to PEOPLE.
As we previously reported back in February, Porsha filed for divorce from Simon following 15 months of marriage.
