Cousins! Kevin Hart was handed a “L” in court this week following news that his temporary restraining order against Tasha K has been denied!

As we previously reported, Tasha released an interview in December featuring Kevin’s former assistant Miesha Shakes where she shared claims of the comedian being an alleged serial cheater with a gambling addiction.

Kevin issued claims that upon completion of the interview, an associate of Tasha’s reached out to his team with threats to “publish the interview unless Hart paid a ransom of $250,000.”

The 44 year old took immediate legal action as he declared that the two women had spread false information about him following a snippet shared online.

“The teaser included a statement from Kebe at the 2:06 mark of the video specifically warning that ‘when you don’t pay, we have to get money by any means necessary, read the suit.

According to Rolling Stone, Los Angeles County Superior Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff officially ruled that Kevin’s request was a vague, overboard request that lacked actual malice.

“Part of the problem I have is that there are no direct quotes of what occurred in the hour-and-a-half interview,” said Judge Beckloff to Kevin’s lawyer.

It has been indicated that Tasha’s interview will remain a part of her YouTube channel.

“There’s no questioning them. There are things said by the speakers that are illegal. It’s defamatory, it’s extortion, and it absolutely shows malice on their part,” Donte Mills argued.

“Not once was there ever any claim stating that my client committed a crime until this video. I think that’s important. Adultery is one thing, but adultery is not illegal.”

Judge Beckloff denied Kevin’s request while advising his legal team that they could file a motion to submit the transcript within a sealed or a separate motion for a preliminary injunction.
