Jason Lee Receives Backlash Online After Calling Jennifer Hudson Illiterate; Social Media Users Accuse Him Of Repeatedly Disrespecting Black Women!

Cousins! Social media users have been calling out Jason Lee this week after he referred to Jennifer Hudson as being “illiterate “.

While appearing on the Breakfast on Tuesday, December 5th, Jason spoke on a series of current events including Jeannie Mae’s interview with Jennifer as she opened up about her divorce from Jeezy. “That’s where you go when you want to get your word across, I guess.”

“We all know Jennifer Hudson’s illiterate.”

Jason went on to express that he doubted Jeannie’s claims while slamming her for previous statements where she referred to Black men as “Dark meat.”

“People who forgot, especially Jennifer Hudson, this is why these daytime talk shows are failing, ‘cause y’all don’t be doing your real work. … Cancel ’The Jennifer Hudson Show’ because she let Jeezy take a hit by that woman who only wanted her dark meat on the side,” said Jason.

The media personality’s comments didn’t go over well as social media users called out Jason for disrespecting Black women.

“I’LL SAY IT: Jason Lee will say anything out of his mouth, but I’m NOT surprised – he also puts anything in it. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to sit on #TheBreakfastClub & call an EGOT award winning Black woman like Jennifer Hudson illiterate is trash behavior,” wrote a user.
