Momma Dee Says That Scrappy And Bambi’s Divorce Led Her To Losing Weight!

Momma Dee is addressing social media users’ concerns regarding her weight loss!

The Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member explains that she was deeply affected by Scrappy and Bambi‘s extensive divorce battle. Momma Dee says that there are certain details that the public isn’t aware of regarding their split.

As we previously reported Lil Scrappy and Adiz “Bambi” Benson tied the knot back in 2017. The former couple divorced in 2023 after five years of marriage, together they share three young children.

In September while appearing on Amanda Seales Small Doses podcast Bambi spoke candidly about her divorce and what served as the final straw for her.

“The final straw was him cheating and the person that it was with, it was an ex,” said the 39 year old. “But we did have some issues going on already.”

“Our relationship was based on me coddling him in the beginning,” Bambi says. “I didn’t have any problem with none of that stuff, I never did. But when I started having kids, I have to take care of the kids and I have to take care of me, and also have to work.”

She added, “I took a lot of accountability for that.”

“Because I did a lot, and nobody asked me to. I did that. I just didn’t have the capacity to do it any longer to that extent.”

The final stages of their estranged marriage played out on social media as Momma Dee and Bambi often exchanged insults towards one another.
