Diddy’s Legal Team Responds To Third Lawsuit Accusing Him Of Rape And Abuse, “Nothing But A Blatant Money Grab”

Cousins! A spokesperson for Diddy is firing back against a third lawsuit filed against him upon claims of rape and abuse!

According to TMZ, a member of Diddy’s team says that the Bad Boy CEO is being unfairly targeted for financial gain. “These are civil suits with fabricated claims of misconduct from over 30 years ago, which are nothing but a blatant money grab. Mr. Combs is being unfairly targeted by anonymous accusers who lie for financial gain.

The statement continues, “The New York Legislature never intended the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited.”

Reports read that the third suit has been filed anonymously under the name of Jane Doe. Jane claims that Diddy alongside singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns sexually assaulting her and one of her friends in the early 90s.

The unidentified woman states that Diddy and Aaron took her to Aaron’s apartment where she was given alcohol and forced into having sex with Diddy. Jane says that she was deeply traumatized by the ordeal and as she lay in bed, Aaron allegedly entered the room, pinned her down, and raped her.

Within the suit, Jane issues further claims that both she and her friend were raped by both men.

Jane says that Diddy allegedly arrived at her home days later enraged with anger. “He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

The woman says that she had told her friends and family about the alleged instance and that she had gone to the doctor for her injuries.

In regard to the second suit filed against Diddy, a spokesperson for him says, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head.”

“Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
