Cousins! As a mother, fitness guru, owner of multiple businesses, and overall influencer Angela Simmons has taken the time out of her continuously busy schedule to give back to those in need of a little extra care for the holiday season!
Alongside her host of celebrity friends Angela is assuring kids within her city wake up on Christmas morning with a little something extra to smile about as she hosted her annual celebrity toy drive on Wednesday evening December. 14th.
The ‘Purposeful Toy Drive’ took place in Angela’s native home of New York City at the Crown Hotel. The event’s objective is to provide toys for children within efforts of support and ultimately giving back.
Each year Angela hosts the recurring charity event in providing party-goers a fun filled time and this time was no different as each year only gets bigger and better.
“I really really appreciate you New York, thank you for rocking with me,” said Angela in appreciation to each guest and their forwarded donations.
With music provided by DJ Skillz, attendees packed out the venue space dressed in elegant wear while dancing the night.
Angela recently made her VH1 debut appearing in the newly released Christmas film, “Family Christmas Wedding”.” The project is produced by Jamie Foxx and stars Ne-Yo, Keri Hilson, Terrance J. , Redman and more.
Angela is also set to premiere in an all new season of Growing Up Hip Hop debuting in 2023 available only on WeTV.
