Kodak Black made headlines this weekend after being arrested for reported possession of dozens of Oxycodone pills in Florida!

The 25 year old has since been released from jail earlier today on $75K bail, reports the New York Post. His bond was negotiated during an early hearing Saturday morning. Video footage of him leaving the Broward County Jail alongside his attorney has circulated throughout social media.

Florida Highway Patrol officials state they they pulled Kodak over within the Fort Laurderale area on Friday, for tinted windows that appeared to be darker than the law allows. The officers said they had smelled marijuana upon approaching the vehicle.

As they began to conduct a search they discovered 31 oxy pills within the car and exactly $74,960 in cash. Sources confirm that Kodak’s license and vehicle tag were both expired.

Kodak, born Bill Kahan Kapri will be ordered to reappear in court. His attorney Bradford Cohen took to Twitter to state, “Never judge a case based on an arrest. There are always additional facts and circumstances that give rise to a defense, especially in this case. We will get him bind today and move forward with resolving the matter quickly.”
