It appears everyone’s newest favorite ‘IT’ couple Lori Harvey and Michael B. Jordan have apparently decided to cut ties after only one year together!

According to exclusive reports from People, a source close to the former couple confirmed the news of their split over the weekend in saying, “ Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken. They still love each other.”

The forwarded statement continues, “Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time. They had great times together and brought out the best in each other.”

Though the two haven’t yet publicly addressed the rumors of their breakup, Lori has completely cleared her instagram feed of photos featuring Michael and her together. They’ve both unfollowed each other as well.

Lori and Michael debuted their relationship back in the winter of 2020 after being spotted traveling together over the holidays.

“When I was younger, I don’t know if I could have handled the onslaught of opinions and being picked apart, and also being conscious of what the other person’s going to go through. It takes a special person to deal with that,” Michael said previously in an interview with the Hollywood reporter while speaking of his he decision to go public with his relationship.

Over the course of their relationship, the two would go viral instantly sharing loving photos and captions alongside one another.

Rumors of their breakup have received mixed reviews as social media users chime in of the two deciding to call it quits.
