Cousins!

A Delta passenger that was kicked off his flight for wearing an offensive shirt that had an inappropriate message in regards to President Biden, is now taking legal action!

Identified passenger Jauneil Brooks, was recently kicked off the airline craft and hit with an indefinite flight ban for wearing an offensive phrase on his hoodie. He has come forward with his plan to sue Delta Airlines.

According to Travel Noire, Brooks was wearing a sweater that read “F**k Biden” on the Delta Air Lines flight to Los Angeles. Brooks posted the footage on TikTok, and it “shows airline staff speaking with the Delta passenger, explaining that the sweater was non-compliant with airline policy. The flight attendant then warned that she would have to disembark all fliers if Brooks refused to leave the aircraft to turn the hoodie inside out.”

Then Brooks shared another footage of him removing the hoodie to avoid a ‘no fly’ ban. However his efforts were not enough–approached by the same flight attendant, she told Brooks he could no longer remain on the aircraft. Allegedly, it was the combination of Brooks not wearing a mask and his offensive hoodie.

In the video, you can hear the conversation between Brooks and the flight attendant. “So I’m still getting kicked off the plane?” Brooks asked in the video. “Yeah, you’re not putting – you’re not wearing the mask,” the flight attendant responded. “I’m relaying the message to you what the captain says, he said he doesn’t want you on the aircraft anymore.”

In a statement, Delta shares it “has long prohibited customers from displaying profane or derogatory words or images,” and there is an expectation for passengers “to treat each other with dignity and respect, always.” But according to Libs of Tik Tok, they screenshot a conversation with a Delta representative, where she confirms “there are no clothing policies.”

In a statement, Brooks did confirm he was suing the airline by saying, “It’s crazy how just the day before I was sitting in the room with Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Johnson about how our freedoms are being stripped away. And, you know, I guess it’s just the right timing, but I’m gonna fight for our freedom of speech, and companies can’t be taking advantage of American people anymore. Just because their pockets are huge.”

Cousins, what do you guys think? Do you guys believe Delta was valid in removing him off the flight?
