Cousins!
We can’t stress enough how important it is for you guys to be careful when it comes to stuntin’ on the gram because it might not work in your favor or may even land you in some deep legal troubles!
A Virginia rapper may have to serve jail time for literally being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Antionne DeShaun Brodnax thought it was a good idea to take a photo of himself sitting on top of a SWAT truck during the Capitol Riots on Jan. 6, 2021.
According to Blavity, Brodnax pleaded guilty to four counts of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, disorderly conduct in any restricted building or grounds, violent entry, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to the United States Department of Justice.
The feds are seeking 21 months for Antoinne Brodnax, who used a Jan. 6 image "on the cover of a rap music album, which includes tracks with titles that reference the attack on the Capitol."
There’s no plea deal, he just pleaded guilty to four counts. pic.twitter.com/duHw2WwKhB

Despite Brodnax pleading guilty to the four counts, he insists that he was not violent and only took pictures and videos. And one of the photos the aspiring rapper took became the cover of his rap album, The Capitol. Now, Federal Agents are seeking Brodnax to serve 21 months in prison because of the album cover, plus a track that references the attack on the capital.

We know you guys can find this extremely funny because I do. He knew he had no business being there. But I can admit it was a good marketing move on his behalf. It is ridiculous, but the law is the law, I guess. Cousins, what are your thoughts?
