Trey Songz has been issued another lawsuit following claims of a 2016 sexual assault incident!

According to TMZ, the singer is being sued by a woman who wants to be referred to as Jane Doe who states in obtained court documents that she and Trey had a consensual sexual relationship previously that made a sudden turn.

The woman claims that Trey anally raped her on March. 24th, 2016 at a party in Los Angeles. She says that he allegedly invited her upstairs for what she thought would be a moment of consensual sex but instead he allegedly kept asking if he could, “ get that a*** on the way upstairs” in which she says she said no and ordered him to stop asking.

Jane Doe says that things turned for the worst as they enter the bedroom. She claims he threw her on the ground, tore her pants off, pinned her down by her face and forced himself into her anus without her permission.

Reports read that the woman says she screamed repeatedly for him to stop as she tried to fight him off but he overpowered her and continued. Jane says that a person had entered the room in which she hoped they would chime in and stop the brutal incident but instead exited. She says Trey reportedly continued to rape her and that she was only able to escape after he had finished.

Sources confirm that Jane ran out of the room grabbing her clothes except for her underwear. She says that she called an Uber in which the driver saw she was frightened and took her to the hospital.

The woman says that she had a sexual assault exam performed on her and the police were alerted. She says that the exam detailed that she needed surgery due to severe anal tearing. Jane says she never named Trey as the person that committed the inhumane act out of fear.

She is currently suing for $20 million dollars in damages. Jane is being represented by Ariel Mitchell who is representing two other women that are currently suing Trey for sexual assault in both Miami and Florida.

Trey’s legal team argues that Ariel is tampering with witnesses in the Miami sexual assault suit.
