Actor Columbus Short is speaking out following reports from TMZ pertaining to alleged charges of child abuse!
In a post to Instagram Columbus says that the devil is a liar, that he plans to strike and directly calls out the outlet’s founder Harvey Levin for running the story.
As we previously reported the former Scandal series leading cast member was arrested recently, after local officials were called to his home following a dispute with his wife. It has been indicated that the pair had an argument that had allegedly gotten physical.
Sources confirm that Columbus told officials that his wife had punched him in the face but she was confirmed as the one with a minor visible injury on her finger which resulted in his arrest.
According to new reports from TMZ, Columbus was hit with 2 misdemeanor charges following the incident. One for domestic violence and the other for child abuse stating that the ordeal took to place in front of the couple’s children.
Columbus has denied the claims in saying that he’s no longer laying down for it.
