The Biden administration is reportedly proposing a $30 million grant aiming to prevent infection and promote racial equity with the creation of programs set to hand out crack pipes!

According to the Daily Mail, the Biden administration is seeking f to distribute funds to local governments and nonprofit programs to help make drug use safer and supply safe smoking kits.

Reports read the kits will contain pipes used to smoke substances like crack cocaine and crystal methamphetamine. The kits are believed to assist with the decrease of infection as the average user smokes out of glass pipes that could potentially lead to sores that later become infected.

This new proposal comes off as shocking to most seeing how it is prohibited by state, local and federal law to sell or distribute drug paraphernalia.

It has been indicated that the grant program, had accepted applications until Monday and is set to start dishing out funds in May.
