Congratulations are in order for the cast and crew of HBO’s hit original series Euphoria following news that they’ve officially been renewed for a third season!

Euphoria, staring Emmy Award winning actress Zendaya follows the lives and times of a group of high school students on an intense rollercoaster ride of finding themselves.

The series is currently airing its second season that and has successfully doubled in viewership since its 2019 debut. Euphoria jumped from 6.6 million to 13.1 million since.

“Sam, Zendaya, and the entire cast and crew of Euphoria have taken Season 2 to extraordinary heights, challenging narrative convention and form, while maintaining its heart. We couldn’t be more honored to work with this gifted, wildly talented team or more excited to continue our journey with them into Season 3,” says Executive Vice President, HBO programming Francesca Orsi in a forwarded statement.

Alongside Zendaya, Euphoria stars also stars Hunter Schafer, Dominic Fike, Eric Dane, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Angus Cloud, Maude Apatow, Storm Reid, Barbie Ferreira, Austin Abrams, Alexa Demie, Algee Smith, Nika King, and Javon Walton.

The series was created by Sam Levinson based off of an Israeli series of the same name, originally created by Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin reports Entertainment Tonight. Zendaya and Drake are credited as executive producers of the series.

Euphoria season 2 finale is set to air Sunday, Feb. 27 at 9 p.m. ET.
