A circulating report from a woman that wants to be referred to as Jane Doe is currently suing Chris Brown for $20 million dollars on accusations that he sexually assaulted her!

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jane Doe says the incident took place December 30th, 2020 on a yacht parked at Sean Diddy Combs Star Island home. She says that the singer went from being friendly to allegedly raping her.

She says that Chris allegedly asked her if she wanted a drink and waved her towards the kitchen area of the yacht. Jane Doe says he gave her a red cup with a mixed drink and as they started talking he filled her cup up a second time. She says that’s when she began to feel unexplained shifts within her conscious,” disoriented, physically unstable and started to fall in and out of sleep”, reads the suit.

The singer took to his verified Instagram account and wrote, “ I hope y’all see this pattern of 🧢 whenever i’m releasing music or projects. THEY try to pull some real bulls**”

Within the lawsuit Jane Doe claims Chris closed the bedroom door on the night in question blocking her from attempting to exit. She explains that he allegedly removed her bikini bottoms as he started kissing her and that she mumbled for him to stop but he continued to rape her.

The woman also identified as a professional choreographer, model and musical artist claims that Chris ejaculated in her and texted her the next day demanding she take a Plan B Pill. She says she did exactly that.

Sources confirm that the attorneys of Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck stated they are committed to victims being heard. They say that Jane Doe is a medical student and didn’t report the incident at the time because she was embarrassed.
