According to newly unsealed court documents linked to Cassie’s 2023 lawsuit, Capricorn Clark—a longtime music executive and close insider in Diddy’s camp—testified that she was kidnapped by the Bad Boy CEO. Clark says the alleged plot stemmed from jealousy and a need for control after Diddy discovered Cassie’s relationship with Cudi.
“December 22, 2011, between 5:30 and 6 am. There was banging at my door,” Clark testified. “—he was holding a gun. He came into my apartment and said, ‘Why didn’t you tell me?
