Cousins!
A14 year old New Jersey teen has been found after being reported missing back in October. Since her return the young girl has come forward to reveal that she wasn’t abducted; that she actually left on her own amongst other things!
A recently filed criminal complaint against the teen’s mom Jamie Moore within Essex County Court, describes numerous instances of alleged child abuse, reports ABC news.
The forwarded complaint goes into details of instances of, “stabbing the victim to her shoulder, causing a laceration that is still visible.” The complaint continued, noting Jamie Moore also allegedly abused the teen by “spraying bleach in her eyes, pulling her braids out, striking her in the head with a frying pan, striking her with blue hangers, striking her with a broom handle.”
Further details of Moore allegedly hitting her daughter with her hands and placing her knees on her neck and back have been reported.
The teen had reportedly ran away on October 14th after making a stop at a local East Orange Deli. She has allegedly gotten in trouble for misplacing her mother’s grocery card . She says that Moore grabbed her by the back of her neck scratching her and ordering the young girl to trace her steps to find it.
Oct. 27, Moore appeared in news conference where she sobbed of her daughter being missing for two weeks. She went on to say that her daughter was a happy child, “who wouldn’t want me to worry.”
Pix 11 news states that, Moore currently remains in the Essex County Correctional Facility on two counts of child endangerment, which include charges of physical abuse and neglect. She’s scheduled to face a judge soon in Criminal Court.
