Cousins!

It appears teen supremacist Kyle Rittenhouse has been granted a pass win within his murder trial; as breaking news confirms a judge has completely dismissed charges for firearm possession!

According to Fox News, Judge Bruce Schroeder declared on Monday that attorneys representing Kyle Rittenhouse have filed an official motion for mistrial.

Please keep in mind that the 18 year old still faces numerous additional charges including first-degree intentional homicide, which is identified as Wisconsin’s murder count. He also faces charges for attempted first-degree intentional homicide; first-degree reckless homicide and reckless endangering.

“The state has repeatedly violated instructions from the Court, acted in bad faith and intentionally provided technological evidence which was different from theirs,” the forwarded motion reads.

“For those reasons, the defendant respectfully requests the Court find ‘prosecutorial overreaching’ existed, that overreaching was intentional and in bad faith and thereby grant the defendant’s motion for a mistrial with prejudice.”

As we previously reported the then 17 year old Kyle, fatally shot Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, in an initial confrontation and later fatally shot Anthony Huber, 26, and going on to wound Gaige Grosskreutz, 27.
