As if COVID 19 coming out of nowhere and shaking the world up wasn’t enough. Now almost 2 years into a pandemic, our 46TH President Joe Biden has mandated everyone working at a company, that employs more than 100 people to get the COVID vaccine!
Attorney general’s in 11 states filed suit Friday against Joe Biden’s administration, says Florida Politics.
The suit is to challenge the new vaccine requirement for workers at companies with more than 100 employees. In St. Louis the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals argues that the authority to compel vaccinations rests with the states, not the federal government. Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt shared saying, “This mandate is unconstitutional, unlawful, and unwise.”

Now there are new regulations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, that mandates companies with more than 100 employees to require their workers to be vaccinated against COVID, or be tested for the virus weekly and wear masks on the job. These new regulations are set to kick in Jan 4th, failure to comply could result in penalties of nearly $14,000 per violation.
The Biden administration believes and has been encouraging widespread vaccinations as the fastest way out of the pandemic. Missouri, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming have all joined the lawsuit against the recent vaccination mandate.
