Yung Miami Clears Up Rumors Surrounding ‘Rap Freaks’ Single, “It’s Nothing Personal”

City Girls’ group member Yung Miami is speaking out following circulated rumors and group chat debates following the release of her first solo single “Rap Freaks

In the super spicy-sultry song Miami drops the names of 14 total artists ranging from 50 cent, Meek Mill, Future, Diddy, Moneybagg Yo, Lil Durk, Megan Thee Stallion, Kodak Black and more.

Though the minute and some change single is catchy, folks have stirred the pot with fourth coming drama as they believe the lyrics could come off as disrespectful for artists that are currently in relationships.

In an exclusive interview with Billboard Miami explains, “The song is showing love to all the rappers right now, it’s nothing personal.”

She continues, “I named a bunch of the guys who are on top, that’s hot, that’s poppin’. Nothing is personal, nothing is literal, I’m just having fun.”

In the video the rapper is seen slaying in sexy outfits as she pays homage to BDSM with whips, chains, straps and all leather lingerie pieces.

The Miami, Florida native states that the single was inspired by fellow rappers Lil Kim, Biggie Smalls and Nicki Minaj name drop singles.

“I just felt like it was going to be a moment in hip-hop, so it was something that I went into the studio wanting to do,”
