Hype man and most memorable reality television star Flavor Flav has found himself on the wrong side of the law following reports that he allegedly attack a woman earlier this month!

According to TMZ the incident took place on October 5th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Flav was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor on charges of domestic battery.

Sources confirm that Flav is being accused of poking his finger in a woman’s nose, grabbing her, throwing her down and snatching her phone.

The former VH1 star’s attorney David Chesnoff says, … “in alleged domestic violence cases, there are often 2 sides to the story and we will explain our side in the courtroom and not in the media.”

Flav’s manager tells TMZ that this week mark’s his one year anniversary of being sober and that it’s been 15 months since he quit cigarettes.
