Rap artist and producer Birdman confronts the controversy head on that surrounded a kiss he planted on his son, Lil Wayne’s lips years ago, caught on camera!
Although the family you’re raised in tends to determine the appropriateness of kissing or not kissing your children on the lips, many people wanted answers and were up in arms about the photo.
Birdman’s perspective seems to be in lockstep with a quote by Motherhood: The Uncut Truth “being a real parent isn’t in the DNA, it’s in the heart.”

“First of all, my own son, I would kiss him. I always looked at Wayne as my son and I always looked at it like, cause I was in the streets, and I thought this might be the last time he ever sees me.”
“That’s what that sh*t really started from cause I thought that every night I leave, I might not ever come back. I always look at Wayne as my child. I was his father when he didn’t have a father, since he was nine years old. And I love him like my own and I’d give my life for him and I’d take a life for him.”
