Reverend Jesse Jackson Transferred To A Rehabilitation Center And Wife In ICU Following Complications From Covid!

Please join us in sending our deepest prayers and thoughts to the Reverend Jesse Jackson and his wife Jacqueline as they’ve both been recently hospitalized following complications from covid!

According to CBS News, Rev. Jackson, 79 was hospitalized for nearly a week after being diagnosed with covid and his wife was hospitalized last week.

Reports read that he has since been transferred from Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital to The Shirley Ryan Ability Lab rehabilitation facility, however Jacqueline still remains in ICU.

Jesse is set to began therapy to treat his Parkinson’s disease, after being diagnosed with the degenerative nervous system disorder in 2015.

Their son Jonathan has come forward to confirm that Jacqueline, 77 is not on a ventilator, but she is receiving oxygen treatments to help assist breathe on her own.

“Both of our parents are continuing to receive excellent medical care,” Jonathan states. “We urge that you continue to keep them in your prayers because we know this is a serious disease.”
It has been indicated that Jesse is fully vaccinated and Jacqueline is not due to pre-existing health issues.

“We continue to receive the love that is being poured out to our family from around the world and it is greatly appreciated, as we express our love and concern for the millions of people who have been victimized by the COVID-19 virus and its variants,” Jonathan said. We know this is a dangerous disease so please remain prayerful for all of those who are suffering as a result.”
