Prosecutors Request 30 Year Sentencing For Derek Chauvin Following George Floyd Murder Case!

Breaking News reports that the prosecution team is currently seeking a 30 year sentence for ex police officer Derek Chauvin following the GeorgeFloyd murder case!

According TMZ, documents have officially been filed by Prosecutors within the State of Minnesota requesting for the judge to forward a minimum sentence of 30 years behind bars to Chauvin.

It has been indicated that attorneys have highlighted that due to the circumstances of the case that the sentencing is more than justified.

Reports read that the Prosecution team has outlined four key factors that were proven at trial of why Chauvin deserves the max sentencing.

It has been argued that the former officer abused his position of power and trust as an authority figure with his handlings of George seeing how the victim was completely helpless.

Court documents outline that Chauvin disregarded George’s multiple pleas for oxygen while pinning him down on the street face down for almost 10 minutes and that he committed this inhumane act in the presence of multiple children.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 25th, Chauvin faces a possible 75 years in prison.
