Janet Hubert Lands Recurring Role On TBS’ Comedy Series, ‘The Last O.G’

The original aunt Vivian Banks played by Janet Hubert is making her way back to the television screen as she has officially landed a recurring role on TBS’ comedy series The Last O.G

Originally staring Tracy Morgan and Tiffany Haddish the series follows the story of an ex con who has recently been released from jail and how he’s coping with how different the world is within the present day compared to when he was convicted 15 years ago, reports Deadline.

Sources have confirmed that Hubert will join the cast as Miss May Miller one of the oldest, dearest friends and bid whist partners to Roberta played by Anna Maria Horsford.

Together the friendly duo maintain a strong bond as they often weigh in in Tracy’s character of Tray Baker’s daily struggle of changing his community for the better.

Despite Tiffany’s departure from the series after three seasons, The Last O.G has been officially renewed for season 4 by TBS recently.
