As far as social media goes, you will definitely learn something new every day, especially the most shocking stories from decades ago!

For example how Brandy and Ray-J’s mother and manager Sonja Norwood sued the Kim Kardashian along with her siblings for over $120K in unauthorized credit card charges.

Word on the street is the story originally occurred in 2006 and 2007 however it resurfaced recently on Twitter with a social media user retweeting a post that provided alleged details to the entire incident.

It has been indicated that Kim had worked as Brandy’s stylist at the time and was provided access to Sonja’s American Express card for her job. However Kim reportedly shared the card information with her siblings Kourtney, Khloe and Robert and racked up charges of approximately $120,636.

Reports read that the unauthorized shopping trips took place at a variation of stores including the Kardashian’s clothing stores of Dash and Smooch.

“I did not want to commence litigation against the Kardashian family without conducting an exhaustive investigation into the charges and discussing all options, including criminal prosecution, with my family,’ says Sonja.

“After Ray J and Brandy urged me not to file criminal charges because of their prior friendship, I decided to afford the Kardashians an opportunity to resolve this matter without a lawsuit,” she stated to People Magazine in 2008. “When the fraudulent charges were brought to their attention, they apologized profusely, and advised us, through their attorneys, that they would pay the debt in full. However, they have since reneged on that promise.”

She continues, “investigation has revealed that the Kardashians used their two stores and other stores that I have never visited to take advantage of me. I very much look forward to having the Kardashians account for their misconduct in a court of law.”

Sources have confirmed that the case was settled and dismissed in 2009.
