Lead actor in the academy award winning film Get Out Daniel Kaluuya has recently revealed that not only was he not present for the Sundance Film Festival premier in 2017 but that he wasn’t even invited!

In a recent interview on “The Graham Borton Show,” Daniel states that he was never even asked to attend the event.

“I was in Atlanta because I was shooting ‘[Black] Panther,’” Daniel states.

“I was chilling, I cleared my schedule. I was like, ‘I really wanna do it.’ And then I just didn’t get the invite, man.”

“I wasn’t invited. So I was just in my bed — someone texted me, ‘It’s done really well,’ and I’m like, ‘Alright, that’s cool.”

He continues, “That’s the industry, Graham! This is the game.”
