It appears the H-Town hottie #MeganTheeStallion received some pretty good news recently after a judge ruled in her favor within the fraud case against 1501 Entertainment and it’s head #CarlCrawford ! However you know what they say in show business it ain’t over till it’s over, as a public trial hearing may be taking place in the near future!
According to Bossip, earlier this month a judge denied 1501 Entertainment’s notion to force Megan into a private arbitration settlement suit.
It has been indicated that the record label is currently being accused of forcing Meg into an unjustified record contract, while harassing and threatening her after she signed a management deal with Roc Nation.
Reports read that 1501 was apparently eager to settle the case with Meg in a private manner and noted that she had signed a contract that declined her rights to a public trial if ever a legal matter were ever to arise. However Meg alongside her legal team argued that the undermining of the contract’s language as vague and unreasonable.
Sources have concluded that the judge has sided with Meg and that the trial will go on to a public trial.
Earlier this year Meg took to social media and put the 1501 record label on blast, highlighting that they were working towards keeping her career at a standstill and unable to release new music.
