Cousins!
Millions of families have been forced to face further financial hardships following the official expiration of unemployment benefits and an expected government shutdown; just days after the holidays following Donald Trump’s refusal to sign the new Covid Relief Bill!
As we previously reported earlier this week Trump has stated that he refuses to sign off on the forwarded $900 billion dollar relief plan as he argues Americans should receive more of a stimulus package than the proposed $600.
According to CNBC Trump’s actions or lack there of will cause an estimated 14 million people to lose financial assistance from unemployment programs without stimulus relief.
The proposed bill outlines a second round of stimulus check for $600 , an extra $300 for unemployment recipients, vaccine distribution, education and aid for small businesses directly effected by the pandemic.
I simply want to get our great people $2000, rather than the measly $600 that is now in the bill. Also, stop the billions of dollars in “pork”.

“I simply want to get our great people $2,000, rather than the measly $600 that is now in the bill,” reads a tweet from Trump on Saturday as he is stated to be vacationing in Palm Beach, Florida for the holidays. “Also, stop the billions of dollars in ‘pork.'”
Reports read that the government shutdown is expected to occur on Tuesday at 12:01AM
President elect Joe Biden urges Trump to sign the bill as he states, “It is the day after Christmas, and millions of families don’t know if they’ll be able to make ends meet because of President Donald Trump’s refusal to sign an economic relief bill approved by Congress with an overwhelming and bipartisan majority.”
It has been indicated that Biden promises to provide additional relief once he’s sworn into office.
