UPS Terminates Policy Ban On Beards And National Hairstyles!

The international shipping company of UPS has officially changed their policy ending the ban on strict employee physical appearance!

The new adjustments will no longer allow the discrimination of beards or natural hairstyles worn by employees.

According to CNN previous employee guidelines implemented facial hair restrictions ; men mustaches were limited to the crease of their lips, including the direct prohibiting of hair worn longer than to the their collars. There was a zero tolerance for beards Afros and braids.

Sources have confirmed that the new policy shift also removed restrictions based on gender including length of uniform shorts.

”These changes reflect our values and desire to have all UPS employees feel comfortable, genuine and authentic while providing service to our customers and interacting with the general public,” says UPS in a forwarded statement.

They continue by saying they’re, “determined to continue to make UPS a great place to work for all of our more than 500,000 employees around the world.”
