The incident occurred early Sunday morning as Tory reportedly shot at Megan following a heated argument with her and her friend Kelsey Nicole reports TMZ.

Sources have confirmed that the argument occurred after they exited a party in Hollywood Hills together. It has been indicated that they then got into a SUV when Megan and Nicole wanted out.

Reports read Tory opened fire inside the SUV and shot Megan in her foot twice.

As we previously reported Tory was arrested by LAPD for possession of a concealed weapon. However it wasn’t noted if he was booked for shooting Megan, as she previously told police she cut her foot on a glass.

Further reports believe that Tory could possibly state that the incident was completely accidental, however a source close to TMZ states that there is a cellphone recorded video of the entire ordeal.
