Former officer #DerekChauvin has recently been placed on alleged suicide watch as he remains behind bars for the murder of #Minneapolis resident #GeorgeFloyd !

According to TMZ; Chauvin is currently being held at Ramsey County Jail within St. Paul, where he has a camera planted directly on him within his jail cell. He’s also being checked on by officials regularly, every 15 minutes or so.

Sources have confirmed that Chauvin was taken into police custody late Friday afternoon where he kept his head down and made zero eye contact with anyone.

Reports read that Chauvin underwent a full body unclothed search as they scouted for possible forms of hidden contraband. He was then issued police clothing as they led him to a special cell within an area only high profile inmates are kept.

It has been indicated that Chauvin is being held within complete isolation. He spends 23 hours within his cell where he has access to books, pencils and paper. His cells consists of a bed bolted to the ground and a pillow sewn to it. He is allowed one hour of rec time within a secluded area.
