With the unfortunate and unpredictable times we are currently facing due to the #Coronavirus pandemic, Henson has been advocating more extensively for the overall well-being of people across the world with the use of her foundation!

According to Deadline; Henson’s Boris Lawrence Foundation named after her late father ( BLHF) has officially paired up with the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation, named after the late rapper and originally founded by his mother safe Afeni Shakur.

Sources have confirmed that together they will work as a team to provide assistance to essential workers, first responders, health care providers, doctors, and more who have been mentally impacted by the current crisis.

It has been implemented that together the two organizations will provide help to those struggling with substance addiction, battling mental health issues, and more.

Reports read that a joint partnership has been sponsored by the Matching Gift campaign which will help provide free access to mental health therapy. It has also been noted that the donations forwarded will help provide free emergency virtual therapy for trauma and specific needs. It has been stated that funds reaching up to $25,000 will be matched by Henson’s foundation.
