California Prisons Set To Release 3,500 Inmates Within Efforts Of Stoping Coronavirus Widespread!

#Cousins, the state of California is gearing up to release over 3,000 inmates from the prison’s system out of fear of crowded jails potentially contributing further to the #Coronavirus pandemic!

According to TMZ, government officials throughout the world are currently under pressure of creating valuable strategies to slow down the spread of the virus. The close knit jail cells paired with poor health conditions have resulted in inmates as well as officers and staff ultimately contracting the disease.

A total of 3,500 inmates have been selected and cleared for early release from nearly 35 prisons. In order to be deemed eligible the inmates would have to be identified as had committing a non violent crime or were scheduled for release in the next 60 days. No details have been forwarded of if the specified list of future released inmates will or will not be tested for COVID-19

Reports read that as this time County inmates have been blocked from transferring to Los Angeles prison systems. It has been indicated that, that move would’ve consisted of over 3,000 inamtes potentially transferring the virus while occupying spaces within close range.
