CVS Pharmacy Set To Hire 50,000 Workers To Help Assist With Coronavirus Pandemic And To Forward Bonus Pay To Employees!

Within in an effort to provide quick and effective customer service the company has recently come forward to announce that they are seeking to hire 50,000 new workers and also providing bonus pay to their employees!

According to the DAILY NEWS , President and CEO of CVS Health Larry J. Merlo has come forward to state, “Our colleagues have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to providing essential goods and services at a time when they’re needed most.’“

He continues by saying, “As they continue to be there for the individuals and families we serve, we’re taking extra steps to provide some peace of mind and help them navigate these uncertain times.”

Sources have confirmed that the bonuses pay for already working employees will range from anywhere between $150 to $500. It has been noted that the bonus will only be forwarded to employees who are required to work directly with patients and customers at this time; including pharmacists, store associates, managers and hourly employees.

It has been indicated that part time employees have been forwarded 24 hours of paid sick leave plus the 14 paid leave for anyone who tests positive for the Coronavirus.
