What started out as a regular dialogue between Cardi and her fans discussing COVID-19, ultimately became more as iMarkkeyz added a spin on her vocals paired with a dope upbeat. The song became an instant hit in the clubs and on #TikTok.
It seems as the virus continues to spread and more individuals test positive so does the Coronavirus song. The hit single is currently trending on social media and climbing its way up the charts on #iTunes as we speak.
Cardi soon took to her personal social media account with a posting of the song and stated, “ Stream I guess” reports Vibe Magazine.

A fan of the song then responded with the idea of Cardi as well as Markkeyz donating proceeds of the song to charity. Markkeyz agreed and stated that was his original plan.
