Iowa Male Accused Of Kidnapping A Woman, Forcing Her To Watch Roots!

We can’t make this up.

An Iowa male resident has been accused of checking white privilege within his own merit as he has recently been charged for kidnapping a woman and forcing her to watch Roots in order for her to grasp a better understanding of racism!

Robert Noye, 52 is currently being accused of abducting an unidentified woman of a non-disclosed race and holding her hostage at secure area located at 700 block of Second Avenue SW. The woman states that she was forced to watch 9 hours worth of the 1977 miniseries Roots.

Reports read that the woman attempted to leave and was ordered to remain seated and watch the movie or he’d kill her and spread her remains across the interstate 380 towards Chicago.

It has been indicated that Noye was arrested on Monday on charges of first degree harassment and false imprisonment.

Roots serves as a multigenerational series based on author Alex Hailey’s book “Roots: The Saga of an American Family.”
