A Philadelphia man has recently taken an unique and honest approach of robing a local drug store. Not only did he discreetly demand a cashier to hand him over all of the store’s money immediately but he also apologized and issued reasoning for his wrong doings!
According to CNN News; Police officials have recently released footage of the incident taking place at a local Rite Aid located at 7401 Ogontz Ave last week around 11am. The video captures an unidentified male entering the store pretending to make a purchase; until he makes his way to the front of the line.
Sources have confirmed that the man wearing a grey zip up hoodie and a baseball hat approached the register and slid the cashier a note. Reports read that the note stated, “Give me all the money. I’m sorry, I have a sick child. You have 15 seconds.”
It has been indicated that following the cashier placing the money into an empty plastic bag the man then ran out of the store and into the street.
Officials describe the unidentified male as both tall and skinny, ranging from the age of 30 to 40 years old.
As of right now no arrests have been made.
