Well #Family we must admit we definitely didn’t see this one coming. Fox #Empire beloved villian and long time actor #TerrenceHoward has recently announced his retirement from the world of acting.
According to #Complex , Howard announced during an interview with #ExtraTV host Chelsie Kryst that he is exiting the acting game right after the sixth and final season of Empire.
“I’m done with acting. I’m done pretending,” states Howard responding to what his initial plans are after the season wraps. “I’m just focusing on bringing truth to the world.”
Howard failed to elaborate specifically on what his plans are moving forward, however he did state that his Philanthropy work has nothing to do with his statement.
Howard has been in the game for decades and has maintained the ability to make numerous television shows, movies and characters come to life for us all. Though we may miss him dearly, we respect his decision and wish him well!
