Remy Ma In Police Custody Following Physical Altercation With Love & Hip Hop Cast Mate!

Earlier last month social media was in a frenzy as rumors circulated of Bronx, #NewYork native Remy Ma being accused of lumping up one of her fellow #LoveAndHipHop cast members eye’s. Though we all know Remy is not one to be played  with ( Like At All ) we were in high hopes that this news was pure gossip, with not one ounce of truth. However recent findings shines a little truth on the allegations.

According to #PeopleMagazine  Remy is currently being held within police custody after turning herself in this afternoon. Sources have indicated that an alleged altercation took place at The Pretty Lou Benefit concert  last month on April 16th between Remy and #Harlem , New York Rapper and love and hip hop cast mate #BrittanyTaylor. Taylor took to Instagram the following day displaying a photo of her right eye bruised with black and blue marks implying that Remy had punched her.

Though Remy never responded to the allegations; she was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault Wednesday afternoon. It has been indicated that she’s currently being held in central bookings in New York.

Taylor’s lawyer Sanford Rubinstein has issued a forwarded statement : “This arrest demonstrates how serious this matter is, it is real life and not reality TV entertainment.  The victim Brittney Taylor has confidence in our system of justice and will continue to fully cooperate with the authorities.”
