Noir Nation, Chris Brown’s former housekeeper is taking further legal action in hopes of collecting her coins!
Maria Avila is currently demanding an arrest warrant be issued on behalf of the singer in connection to a $9 million judgement in her dog bite lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Maria claims after numerous attempts Chris has failed to properly communicate his availability to appear in court with his bank records.
She explained that the proper information is needed to determine when exactly she will be receiving her money and that the information Chris previously turned over was incomplete.
“—-calls into question the accuracy and completeness of [Chris’] disclosure with respect to payment sources associated with his ongoing tour.”
Maria was originally awarded $13 million, however it was later reduced to $9 million after trial. Though she has accepted the reduced award, Maria confirms she has not received anything as of yet; with hopes that court intervention could move the process forward.
As we previously reported Maria was hospitalized and had undergo surgery following a brutal attack by a dog in Chris property as she took out the trash in 2020.
