Sidney Starr’s latest court appearance has ended with the reality personality remaining behind bars!

A Fulton County judge denied her bond Tuesday as the court heard new testimony surrounding the allegations involving a 13 year-old boy, reports WSBTV.

The teen’s mother addressed the court and said her son needs intensive therapy following the alleged incident. Prosecutors also presented testimony detailing what investigators say happened inside a Fulton County area hotel before Starr’s arrest.

Sidney, legally known as Sidney Favors, is facing several felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16, and sodomy. Her attorney argued that the teen initiated contact and characterized the alleged encounter as consensual.

The judge ultimately determined that Favors should remain in custody, citing concerns including flight risk, danger to others and potential witness interference.
