NNG, Peacock is reportedly developing “Hilary,” a Bel-Air spinoff centered around Coco Jones’ fan-favorite character, Hilary Banks.
According to Deadline, the potential series would send Hilary from Los Angeles to New York City after she accepts an unexpected job offer from celebrity chef Yvonne Durand.

This time around, Hilary is determined to build a life and career that exists outside of the Banks family name. As she navigates her new career, friendships and love in New York, she’ll quickly learn that making it on her own comes with its own set of challenges.

Coco Jones is expected to reprise her role and is also attached as an executive producer. Girls Trip and Harlem creator Tracy Oliver is writing the project and will executive produce alongside Jones, Will Smith and producers connected to Bel-Air.According to Variety, if the series pilot is officially green-lit, “Bel-Air” will become Peacock’s first scripted original series to get a spinoff.
