Noir Nation, new court documents have been issued on behalf of the prosecution team regarding the tragic death of Celeste Hernandez Rivas as D4vd faces charges for murder and sexual abuse of a minor!
According to The Guardian, prosecutors have presented evidence indicating that the singer killed Celeste in efforts to protect his music career. Court documents provide specific details on D4vd, born David Anthony Burke originally meeting Celeste at the extremely young age of 11 years old, and ultimately beginning a ‘sexual relationship’ with her at 13 and he was 18.
“Knowing he had to silence the victim before she ruined his music career as she had threatened, very soon after her arrival at his home, defendant stabbed the victim to death multiple times and stood by while she bled out,” reads the legal brief.
Within their ongoing investigation, prosecutors discovered text messages between D4vd and Celeste dated back to April 2025. The messages are described as the teen showing signs of jealousy surrounding D4vd’s relationships with other women and that in response she threatened to share information about their union that could end his career.
“-as defendant led her to believe they had a future together, and that she had threatened to disclose damaging information”about their relationship and end his career.”
Officials have now alleged that D4vd murdered Celeste the next day, purchasing two chainsaws that he used to dismember her body with an inflatable pool. Sources state that the teens DNA was discovered in his garage. A Los Angeles county medical examiner recently confirmed Celeste died from penetrating injuries with significant wounds to her torso. The condition of her remains were previously delayed by the medical examiner’s as they were unable to determine her cause of death.
As we previously reported Celeste decomposed body was discovered in September 2025 within the trunk of D4vd Tesla that was abandoned in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood. Sadly her remains were found exactly one day after what would’ve been her 15th birthday.
D4vd was also in possession of pornographic images of a minor, identified as Celeste, states the prosecution.
According to the prosecution, after Celeste was first reported missing, police contacted D4vd, who denied any prior knowledge of her being a minor, he also told authorities that he had only met her only once. Officials state her parents had taken her phone away after she returned home the first time, but D4vd allegedly paid a friend of the teen $1,000 to give her a cellphone to allow them to stay in contact.
Celeste ran away again, spending time at D4vd’s home in the Hollywood Hills and traveling with across state lines and internationally to Las Vegas, London and Texas, where she met his family.
A hearing in the case previously scheduled for Friday has been delayed until late May to allow the defense time to review the evidence.
