The saga continues! Cassie Ventura is currently facing legal hurdles of her own as a court has now allowed former sex worker and ‘Freak Off’ all-star Clayton Howard to serve her with a civil lawsuit!
After multiple failed attempts to serve Cassie at her known addresses or through her attorney, Judge Anne Hwang granted permission for Clayton to use alternative methods to deliver the legal papers.
Allegations Move Forward
It’s important to note that the judge’s approval does not validate the claims against Cassie. Rather, it simply allows the lawsuit to proceed. Clayton alleges that Cassie, alongside Diddy, subjected him to degrading and exploitative situations, including orchestrating “freak-off” events where participants were allegedly humiliated.
Sex Trafficking and Exploitative Claims
In addition, Clayton claims the former singer was involved in sex trafficking, organizing exploitative meetings, and exposing him and other alleged sex workers to ritualistic humiliation. Through a series of TikTok videos, he suggests that Cassie and her legal team portrayed her as a victim while portraying him as the aggressor, implying that she may have been a willing participant and manipulator in these alleged schemes.
Next Steps
While the allegations have left folks online heavily in debate especially concerning Clayton’s previous revelations; the case is still in the early stages.
Noir Nation, we’ll continue following this story as it develops, bringing updates on legal filings, responses from Cassie’s team, and any new revelations from Clayton.
